it looks as though they're switching them off all down one side of the road.
that's what happened in my street anyway.
i don't care.
i don't go out at night,
except to work of course.
i wouldn't want to be out after nightfall anywhere.
too much filth on the streets nowadays.

LAs are getting less money, bin collections will fall away again with us being asked to recycle our own or pay for more collections, streetlights and whatever, it will all be cut and probably won't come back for a long time

we still haven't had ptII of the recession yet and imo it will be felt worse as most people aren't recovered frm the first part
