That looks good Tony. I have always been interested in whats inside boarded up old buildings
Some of these guys are mad , I was just looking at the 'high stuff' section , where they find tower blocks with scaffolding and dodge security to get up and take photos lol.
and the section on old underground WW2 buildings .
fascinating stuff.
When I used to work in a Casino in Swansea in the late 80's , this place was a gay bar , but it was the only place you could get a drink after closing time on a Monday, so we used to go there and generally had a great laugh

great sites, love seeing inside old derelict buildings...i wanted to go visit the hospital i was born in as it had been deserted for a long long time but my brother told me its all been flattened now and houses are being built

there`s quite a lot of youtube vids of 'ghost hunters' walking around inside.
it was also used in the film 'the jacket'

Did you ever see the Paris programme on the BBC with Griff Rhys Jones, Kit? It was an "other side" sort of programme but there was a band of militant conservationists who run around secret underground alleys looking out for the city's monuments. Spectacular stuff to see someone effectively break into the bell tower at Notre Dame to check everything is OK there

dont know where to start.
one of my sons took some wood down that was making a ceiling over the stairs.underneath is a big void that needs to be emulsioned/painted.but the walls look they have been painted in the 1940's
they look shiney

i wanted to go around the hospital that i was born in but my brother says its all been flattened now, it wasnt just one building, it was a whole village of different wards, it was bought by persimmon homes (or however you spell it) a couple of years ago

I like doing things like that.theres an old buiding a few miles away its absolutely massive, ide love to have a wander round.
