Had a night similar eric, nocturnal leg cramps

i used to get cramp in one of my legs.
god that hurt.

Mag phos bert? I got them from your advice and the do work very well, cut mine down to at least 50%

Still get a few corkers though, depends on what ive been doing, stretching seems to help too.

Mag Phos, yes. Not Mag sulph, mind must've been elsewhere when typing, that's Epsom Salts...

I've had a tub for a couple of years, still not near the bottom but a godsend on certain days

any tips on getting to sleep at night? for the last 4 or 5 nights i havent been able to sleep and i`m friggin knackered
at this rate, i might have to get drunk...seems the only way atm

It'd happen less often, Eric. I only use them for cramp which I get hugely as I tend to work up a sweat. (Yes ladies, he does try hard). In reality, I have mineral absorption problems, I shed water quicker than most (not something to dwell on) and I am an active father of too many - it's more an occupational hazard with me. They keep it down and reverse it extremely quickly when it happens
