woke up early,unable to sleep.

my fkn legs.

feeling totally fucked right now.

wish there was some-one i could talk to.

really can't see the doc taking any notice.
i feel a bit of a fraud myself,for even thinking about depression.
and then,
maybe i'm not so assertive as i might be.
easily fobbed off.
y'know?

am i just an attention-seeker?

i don't know.

there's no denying my aches and pains though.

i think 6 months of complete rest,
somewhere warm,cosy,and away from everything.
yeah right.

i think maybe nobster was/is right.

i spend most of it in bed.
i could LIVE in bed.
i don't want to do anything.

just totally shagged.

i push myself,
to complete the week at work.
and that's it.
there's nothing left.
