i got home from worked feeling totally wasted,
mentally,and physically.

and i've got up,
feeling,
out of breath,
exhausted.

i'm ready for weekend already.

deffo a few ltrs this weekend.
and sleep,
lots of sleep.

I take a really HOT shower and finish off with a full cold 2 minutes blast , works a treat mate Smile
