looking like he had some place to go to.

Do you not talk eric? like what communication is there, there must be something still there, surely.

If not you need to start out again , get a flat and your own bed. or maybe send a photo to morning glory and if you meet her critera maybe share some lovin.

she might even care for me,

i'm not sure that she retains a capacity to think,

as for any kind of togetherness,
nah,
that died ten years ago.

it's just a marriage of convenience ,
in so far as,
we have a home,
we've been here 20 yrs,
it's nothing special,
pretty basic,
ex council-house,
we don't argue.

if i ask her a direct question,
she'll respond.
she just came home,
from wherever,
and said she was planning to cook spuds,veg,etc.
would i like some?
i said yes please and thanked her.

it's all very civil and polite.

she won't speak unless she needs to ask a specific question.

i think if we're honest,
both of us would like,
but neither of us can be bothered,
to start again.

and also,
maybe it's better the devil you know eh?

as for mg,
i couldn't live with the prospect of bert tracking me down.

i'm always wondering whether she'll suddenly tell me that she's found somewhere,
and that her and lardthing are leaving.
i suppose if that happenned,
well,
i'd HAVE to find somewhere.

but for now.
i can live with this.
