i just been searching with yahoo,jfc.

it's so confusing.
so many ifs,buts,and maybes.

food supplements,
tiredness,
depression,
the wrong sort of mattress,
the list is endless.

a person could be trying out this stuff for ever.

i mean,
how do you set about finding a "right mattress".?
and btw,
the wife is happy with the one that we have.
so where's that leave me?

and my fkn legs.

i just can't believe that it's because i'm old.
