No bones in mine man. Ask the fishmonger to gut it and fillet it.
They don't mind...even the supermarket guy will do it.

i might just try that.
how do you cook it raw? (unsmoked)
i rather fancy baked,
in foil,
with butter and mixed herbs.
or garlic maybe. Smile

We cook it by putting it on a plate, seasoning it, putting cling film over it (pierced) then microwaving for about three or four mins.

Try the one we did last night...mix up some lime juice, garlic powder and chilli flakes or ginger, then brush onto fillets.
Delicious.

butter,garlic and herbs will do for me.

and a squeeze of lemon perhaps.
