Buying this guitar TAKEHARU TK100 12 STRING more as an investment (keeper)

Can you play as a 6 stringer ? Is a 12 stringer harder to play ?

Play it exactly the same as you do a 6 string.
You get a longer ring and resonance.
I used to have a Fender 12 string, 1974....someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
