scooping up my supper off the bunker floor,

i've drunk too much.

and my plate fell on the floor.

i wasn't so surprised.
felt unsteady bringing it to the bunker.

and,
it happened.
it's all i'm gonna have tonight,
so i scooped it up.
like some miserable beggar.

and so,
i ate,
off the floor.

will clean up tmorra.

cos i'm ever so slightly inebriated.
tired.
fully aware of what i am.
and i just don't fuckin care.

so,
dinner scraped up and eaten,
one more mug-full,
bottle now empty,
and when i've drunk up,
i shall skulk off to bed.

ever more bitter and resentful.

if you ever needed a reason to be cheerful.

okay,
so i've wiped the floor with a damp cloth.
i'm tucked for space here.
the bunker is gonna smell for a while.
