"Jocky Wilson Dead" was covered by Dexys Midnight Runners on their album Too-Rye-Ay and reached number five on the UK Singles Chart when released in 1982. It has been covered by several other artists throughout the years, including: David Campbell, Syl Johnson, Tommy McLain and Darby O'Gill.
