Just saw a seagull die Empty Just saw a seagull die

I was looking out of the window across the meadow...there were about a dozen of them circling when one just suddenly fell to the ground. He twitched a couple of times and was then still.
He's still there now but a couple of magpies are now taking an interest. The gulls mates have all legged it.
Not something you see every day!

I often wonder where all the dead birds go, not roadkill but those who just die of natural causes and old age Sad
