I can better that in terms of decline for someone who hadn't been injured.

Have a look at Ian Blackwell now he's at Warwickshire. There was an England international in him at one time. There still is since he appears to have eaten him, the fat cunt. I could probably give him a ten yards start over a hundred meters and beat him by fifty just by throwing him off the scent by dropping a cow pie.
