Mothers back in hospital

Neck swelled up considerably and is now leaking some infection. Now back on the ward with IV antibiotics , Skin and muscle wound on arm (taken to rebuild tongue) also now infected and will have to be re grafted

IV antibiotics are best administered in dock; preferable to turning your home into a mini ward.

Hope it's quickly restabilised, BOAT

The dreaded big C of tongue throat and neck , everything take from the neck came back clean , once this infection is sorted she has 5 weeks of radiotherapy to do as a belt and braces safeguard.

my mother is 78,
and actually in pretty good health really.
apart from her curvature,
and osteoporosis.
but it's a worry.
