I fucking hate November. In 16 years, I've had in my reckoning only 3, maybe 4 Novembers where I've had no break in remission or "blip".

This one has already made the list. I fucking hate being sick, I really do. I even got an early start in by feeling ill yesterday and bouncing again today to the point that I had to come home at about 2.30pm. I want to go to Airbus tomorrow (S4C, live game) but I'll have to leave that call until after I've had a kip and seen how I feel. Yet I made a complete fucking pig of myself last week, a week away and all, and I didn't have a fucking flicker.

I'm shit myself at the moment....along with all my other grief I've had gut trouble for over 3 weeks.
The pain moves around and I bloat badly as soon as I eat or drink.
I think it's IBS.
 

IBS very much a residual diagnosis of "we don't know what the fuck it is, we've run out of ideas", Tone. Have you tried packing in wheat in the short term? I have a theory...

Slightest exertion at the minute gives me a furious headache.

May be an eertion headache or some viral influence, am surmising the latter but it's fucking draining.

I hate November all it means to me is its going to be cold for at least five months and in seven weeks Xmas will be knocking at the door .i hate this half of the year

Easyjet have finally started flying to Alicante from Southend.
We've always had to travel to Gatwick up until now.
Southend is round the corner relatively speaking.

Had a November episode today (quarter months February, May and August historically had lesser assaults - August Bank Holiday 2002 had me rolling on the bathroom floor craving death).

Everything went wrong so quickly it was unreal - gutache and a sweat that was literally raining off me. Really unnerving, it was like osmosis as the sweat just appeared unbidden without any effort. The only time fluid escapes me quicker is when I'm having a piss or I'm on a bus with redhead before me...

We are a house full of barking seals, heavy legs and no appetite. Couldn't go to the Newtown game today, feel like shite.
