It's fucking rank to give a goal when there's clearly doubt - he threw his flag up late because of it, and if he is in doubt, the striker gets the benefit.

Amazingly, despite international football having a propensity for 2-0 to pop up in favour of the favourites, it has yet to happen. The only 2-0 win so far was Chile over Spain

How hard is it to implement the camera facility, just as they have in cricket and rugby, where a quick replay guarantees the correct decision?

Costa Rica will be resting players having already qualified and those picked will be trying to avoid injury.
