Off to work , paced in the caring after a couple of weeks ,hated it too much emotion involved now work in breakfast cafe on an industrial estate just at weekends , love it

It can be hard to detach, Jonesy. Fortunately, my work doesn't involve emotions and I hate the fucking place anyway so it allows me to detach incredibly easily. Are you a breakfast egg-spert now (Derek Thompson would fucking kill to have said that, ho ho, fellas, tell you what...)

Former C4 nags commentator, famous for cheesy links and overly jolly bonhomie. Once gave me a double in 1988 or so, 100/30 and 5/1, out of Bob Champion's yard (Feile Na Hinse and Pat's Minstrel at Fakenham). We didn't know at the time he was sleeping on his couch because his wife had kicked him out, the dirty ticket. You'd have paid to see my arse then, Jonesy, I was a lithe 20-year-old and it was a nice piece of work. Even got me going

I can't give it away any more, though. Still tidy, mind, just that it's the well-stacked trailer on the back of a Vauxhall Viva with doors of non-matching colours.
