AIDS doesn't kill you now, HIV is one of the few illnesses where you can now live with it far more easily than ever before and it doesn't get to develop.  There were noises about this last year, it seems - he lost two-and-a-half stone that, well, you could see he hasn't got that to lose. Sounds like he has had a couple of harrowing film parts as well and he does do the full-on method thing so...?

Apparently he "Jack Sparrowed" a kids' hospital? Brilliant Laughing
