i went from a size 48 to a size 38 in a couple of months so yeh, sure it can be done HTH Smile

Shocked ...thats some dieting Sheila. I eat healthily but too big of a portion, plus i need more exercise other than bowling and a bit of hows your father now and then.

i have never dieted in my life....i still eat exactly the same way as i`ve always done....only difference now is i seem to be always on the go lately with appointments, school, work...seems i`m rarely at home, so just the constant 'on the go' has done the work of shifting the weight, i`m now back to the size i`ve always been up until i had martijn cheers

Sound ideal Sheila, i'm getting to that age now what must be called middled aged spread, my body shape is changing plus i'm getting a podge round the middle. I really dont want to go into a size 36 waist as i'll need a new wardrobe of gear to wear Mad Mad

i bought a couple of tops and a pair of jeans today, that about all that fits me HAHAHA
