More like a boulder.
I have been doubled up for 2 hours with it. Worse pain known to mankind.
It's something I've had before so I know what's happening.

ive had a gall stone that was painful.
when I was labour i couldnt have post on a forum, I hadnt the energy, and I was going mad with the pain
