Passing round the begging bowl if anyone's interested

Two close friends of mine have recently been diagnosed with cancer, so I'm going to try to raise money for Macmillan and the fantastic work they do by participating in a 5 mile walk along the Thames. I'll work my way up to the ten mile one!

If you can spare a shekel or two, I'd be most grateful.
