Pretty strong stuff, BOAT - used as a similar to cocodamol IIRC. Hope it does something for you, it's a bit of a sledgehammer in terms of pain management so you can't be having fun with that neck.

now its me who`s in pain, done something to my shoulder, i was coughing real hard and something must have just cracked or something, it fucking hurts and no painkillers are working ffs Sad

Sounds like you may have strained a muscle or a ligament of the rotator cuff Sheila. Have a read through this it will give you some ideas as to which one and some ways to strengthen them when its not so painfull
