You have my sympathy, though, She, and especially if it is a rotator cuff - I lost beyond half of my shoulder mobility a while back to an injury there that took fully two years to restore completely and it fucking hurts...

I'd offer some manipulation, She, but we know where that would end. And start for that matter. You'd be in the same amount of pain but just mauled by a bloke saying "no, really, this'll work"... (If she laughs, I'm in there...)
