I am currently on day 19 of not drinking any alcohol at all.
One of my medication doses was upped and the doctor said it would be better if I totally abstained. It hurt for a week but as each day passes, I must admit I'm feeling more alert and healthier. I've also lost 6 pound in weight!

Tony you once mentioned you have fibromyalgia have you had it diagnosed ? Is so whats the most prominant symptom and do you suffer these type of muscle twitching
