Tuesday - League Cup, lost 1-2 v Bala (led early, lost to an 89th minute strike)
Yesterday - League, won 5-0 against Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant

That was slightly uncouth of me, Tone, but it was Bangor, so they can fuck off. By three goals without reply, as it happens.

The tiny town of Llanfair were visitors today - there are pictures in here somewhere, it's the ground where we were in the stadium and hadn't yet got out of the car.

JK unfortunately saw red after 55 mins and the battle we had ended up with us squeaking it 7-0 and Steady pulling out a hat-trick which would be his second, the previous one being at Aber in the Welsh Cup and cost me £96.

We're a fucking unit. No Parker today, no Rob Hughes, no Danny Davies and we've fucking sluiced up. Amazingly, we're still only 7 clear of Flint (albeit with an extra 18 GD) as to our 13-0-1 they are 10-2-2 (and one of those losses was to us or it would be a single point had they reversed it) but it's the top four who are left in it, were I to be at a stretch, but realistically, it's us and Flint barring some spectacular tip-up by both us and Niall's lads

Nice to go to a game and watch the net bulge seven times!

Chinned in the 94th minute at Penrhyncoch, 3-2. Flint win at Gresford.

Drew at Gresford, Flint won at Rhyl, gap's two points but we have GD in our favour. It now looks even more a two dog fight.

Welsh Cup today. Turned the loss at Penrhyncoch around and we're in the bag still.

Elsewhere last week, TNS stuck Airbus for twelve at Airbus and GCQ are still unbeaten but have drawn enough to let TNS in

Away at Swansea Uni in the next round of the cup, late Jan, for place in the last 8 after winning at Penrhyncoch. Very much a top-of-the-regional-second-tier clash

4-1 win over Corwen today, Rob Hughes got all four, couldn't go as I'm still not me. Flint lost 2-1 at home so they're 5 back again. They're also in the last 16 of the Welsh Cup

Misinformed. Flint didn't hang on and drew 2-2. We're 7 clear, not 5

A 1-0 win over Rhyl in front of a crowd 24 short of a thousand. Wish I could have gone but given the temporary rail timetable, it'd have been like Raiders of the Lost Ark getting there. Flint stay 7 behind winning at home as well, but how much of a signal is it that you put the Rhyl game at a suitable juncture and a gate that would be top 50 in the history of the WPL turns up?

A 1-2 hang on to the win at Colwyn Bay, no mean feat and another step towards that finish line...
