mg,
i couldn't find any info on cooking with c.l.o.
only one site claiming that c.l.o. when cooked,
let's off noxious gasses.

if i can find evidence that it's okay to bake bread with,
and the baking does nullify all those benefits from taking it,
i'll give it a go.

It does. The banana kick on each bite is phenomenal, too. Having to ration myself with thin slices or I'll eat the lot... Laughing

It's here

http://www.food.com/recipe/banana-oat-bread-bread-machine-87437

Double the amounts or it actually lets you change the size for the hard of doubling Laughing

I did substitute (in the 1lb recipe) a cup and a half of wholemeal flour for the same of white (and so used just one white), and used four biggish bananas rather than 5.

Had most of the stuff in for it already but Morrison's are on offer for bread flours and oats currently. Big fan of oats though, even more so now I've got another nudge from the autoimmune gods...

Made a chilli oat loaf, a chocolate loaf, a basic sandwich and a cheese since the first one back.

Three cups of white becomes one of white, one of wholemeal and a cup of oats.
