In all seriousness, however, who out of smokers, when suffering the slow lingering death of emphysema coupled with decreased lung function and cancer of the same, gives two fucks about a less likely cancer. "Suck the dick, it's better for your lungs" could be tattooed on every penis the world over. Mind you, on flop it would read "Stickbetflung".
