and one solid red lump of balm.
did it do anything for me?

i'm a very big fan of heat patches. you can get them at any chinese grocer and i think now even the big boys like deep heat and nurofen are selling them.

just stick it on before bed and you'll feel tip-top in the morning. better than any cream or ointment, imo.

goanna oil, if you can get it where you are, is a great product also.
