tiger balm;

i've been wanting to give my legs a rub for ages.
but when you're dead on your feet,
and it's all you can do,
to get out of bed.
i just sighed thinking about it.
well,
i just did.
and now my upper-body aches.
not sure about the effects on my legs,
if any.
couldn't do any harm though.
i've now put all my layers of clothing back on.
including my onesie.
just so fucked all the time.

i sprayed my lower back with deep heat.

will be interesting to see how i sleep tonight.
and how i feel in the morning.

legs don't hurt so much right now,
and there's a very pleasant tingling sensation going on.

and i've had a dollop of cod liver oil.

Every fucking bit of my body hurts and the gout is still killing me (day 19).
Hernia hanging out, toothache, painful legs and feet, neck killing me with cervical spondylosis, dizzy, screaming tinnitus (45 months without a break), arthritis everywhere and a fucking headache.
Your ailments are luxury Eric.

And I probably have peripheral neuropathy to go with my left sided heart failure.
Slowly losing feeling in the bottoms of my feet and lower legs.
