awful night last night,,

dizzy spells,
and throwing up.
okay now though.
i think.
not long out of bed,
had been there since about 7.00. last night.

Sounds like a 24hr bug or maybe food bacteria h pylori etc...go easy for 24 -48 hours soups etc
