when you've put up a bet inplay,
with a view to trading it out,
then the site crashes,
you can't cancel that bet,
if it gets matched,
well tough.
and it can hurt.

now,
if i understand correctly,
those bets will be cancelled automatically.

i could never make an account at betfair for some reason...i use william hill now, as my stan james account died after i forgot the password after not using it very much...
...i dont bet much anymore, it took up too much of my time and i got fuck all else done, so now only go on when i`m bored hehe

i reckon i might just e-mail them,
and criticise.

they seem to be thinking about people's losses.
it IS a start.

but what about the traders?
