i read an article on depression yesterday,

look!

i really don't want to take this route,
seeing the doctor,
taking pills,
seeing a shrink,
and time off work is an absolute no'no.

but it seems as though,
my aches and pains might be,
or be seen to be,
down to depression.
and to that end,
maybe it's time to talk to somebody.

would prefer to get a proffesional opinion,
before seeing the doc.

gonna look into that first.

but,
i really don't think i can stand much more of my current situation.
having said that,
there doesn't seem to be much choice.

we shall see.

i just don't have any faith in my docs.

took me a while to find someone who understood what i was saying...dont give up though...i'm SOOOOOO glad i didnt give up....even though i know its not just depression i have, but they cant test me atm for what reckon i have coz all the tests are in dutch and they're trying to find the test in english for me
