on a cold, crisp,sunny morning.
grassed areas littered with fallen leaves.
the oranges and reds,
of leaves yet to fall.
there's a briskness in the air.
and,
it aint so bad.
y'know?

and then,
a day like today.
dull,grey,
murky 'n' damp.
sleepy and lethargic.
everything's a slog.
stodgy food,
feelgood food.
porridge.
