No ratio of qualifier/tournament/friendly either.

ELO rating goes out the window for the last and David Nugent scored from six inches on one that was going in - remember the Tom Finney version? - in one qualifier (probably putting him top of the tree).

That and he also gets picked specifically against pygmies. And what about David Johnson (he adds, going back three decades)?
