lamb's liver and chips lunch,

mushrooms 'nd onions,
now being settled with,
strongbow pear and lemonade top.

spot on.


that tesco sliced lamb's liver is brilliant.
wrapped in foil,
on a bed of onions,
in the oven on gas mark four for a couple of hours.
it absolutely melts in the mouth.
probably seems a lot for £1 because it IS thinly sliced.
but i just served up 3 plates,
and ended up making it 4,
because of the liver.
it's so filling.

My mouth's watering badly here mate.

it'll do for me.

i DO love lamb's liver.

it's a shame i don't have any pear left.
liver is so dry.
