this aching legs business,

there was an article in the mail last week,
re:fibro-thing,
and various other complaints.
restless legs etc.

and the bottom line was,
lay off the booze.

well,
i only had a 4xpack over the weekend but my legs.

don't know if they're worse than last week,
can't remember tbh.
after a dry weekend but jeez!

i'll do myself a note for next weekend.
no pop,how are the legs?
i really must lay off the drink.
but it's the only friend i have.


what i wouldn't give for a good massage.

just gave myself a good old rub-down with the tiger balm.

and i think it helped.

What are the main problems /symptoms you have with your legs eric? Can you describe what the problem is?

it's the tops of my legs,
at the back,
from my arse to my knees.
there's gnawing/gut-wrenching ache.

and it drains me,
totally.

but,
doc says i'm fine.

so woo fkn hoo.

tbh boat,
i have a long walk,
to and from work.
i work nights,
out in all weather.
and i'm 58 yrs old.

and it's time for my lie down,
before it all starts again.

Id say you could have a problem with the nerve roots that innervate the Posterior branches of the lumbar nerves. To get to the bottom of the trouble you need to have a Lumbar spine MRI to see if you have disc bulging or herniated probably L2 L3 L4. Does the pain burn ? do you have sensory sensations such as tingling buzzing cold/hot , do these muscles cramp regular ?
