legs hurting like hell right now,

looking forward to giving them a rub in the morning.
hoping that making it a routine before i go to bed will help.

My legs and feet are in agony too right now man.

well,
i gave the old pins a good rub down before turning in this morning,
and,
as i'd feared,
it totally fucked my sleep.
do i feel any benefit?
it's hard to say.
legs not feeling too bad right now,
but,
i think they feel about normal.
having been up a while,
showered,
and walked up and down stairs once or twice.
i can't do it again tomorrow.
it's straight to bed in the morning,
and up early for my asda shopping-trip.
will maybe have another go on thursday perhaps.

Eric, seriously look at investing in a vapouriser and using some weed, pain just blends into a nice warm fluffy sensation and you need'nt bother with the tramp juice. Its a win win scenario.

You can get pure Turmeric powder from Aldi for about 70p mix a pinch with some extra virgin olive oil and lick it off a small saucer
