fearful of the future and the uncertainty of it.

that's how i felt lying in bed earlier.
and i'm the same now.
can't shake that feeling.

i don't envy the young.

it really is a worry.

maybe it's time to ditch betfair.

i just feel so alone/isolated and devoid of hope.

totally adrift/lost at sea.

hopefully it is just a passing phase.
