I've died and gone to heaven

Just threw a bag of frozen giant prawns in the wok with a chopped clove of garlic, one whole chopped red chilli including seeds and a sliced up smoked frankfurter....heated them in the olive oil for around 5 minutes then added a few handfuls of chopped veg and a sachet of yellowbean sauce along with a squirt of lemon, a teaspoon of red wine vinegar and a pinch of parsley. Took it out after around a further 5 minutes of stir frying and plated it.
Just ate it.....I swear I nearly passed out from the assault on my taste buds.
Now washing it down with an ice cold bottle of Magners Cider.

You haven't made that paella yet...
