Re: Food obsessions
Hmm I wonder the pieces are so small crumbs and shards , were they ran over by a buggy wheel and chucked back on the shelf
The cheese taste is overwhelming like a lady named Miss cheesy mc cheddar who lives in a truckle and survives on cheetos, I like the synthetic slightly charred taste all in all I'm not sure how I feel about them
I can't stop eating them

The jalapeño ones, not keen. I have left them in the glove compartment in case of a breakdown

Re: Food obsessions
I reckon they just throw them in a strong bag, Jonesy, and then have the pretzel version of a pillow fight with them. I like to work my way through the pack, biggest pieces first. When you get to the bottom, it's like when you have a bag of KP prawn cocktail crisps and the one at the bottom fell in the flavour vat and looks the colour of a well-fed flamingo. You eat it and your eye involuntarily shuts and your nasal hairs singe and retract.
I don't mind the cheese but I'm very much about the heat - the buffalo wings flavour are excellent. It sounds meanwhile that you might have jalapeno in the car but I will be responsible for extra junk in the trunk. We won't complain, why would we?

You, Bert, me.....all in dreadful health, plus Eric went insane.
I've had two major ops in the last three and a half years.....They found an aneurysm in my aorta behind my belly button the size of a lemon that was about to burst and kill me and put a 9 inch long upside down Y shaped stent in.......after 6 months it developed a kink in it.....I couldn't walk as no blood was reaching my legs.....Lived with it for 6 months then they decided to put a stent inside the existing stent.....Fucked up the op, introduced bacteria into my system and two weeks later I developed sepsis and kidney failure.....Ended up in intensive care for 10 days fighting for my life on a dialysis machine and being pumped with antibiotics.....and as soon as I got out and onto a ward they said we now have to operate....They cut me from between my nipples to my pubic area, a 17 inch incision, took out the old stent and used bovine grafts to rebuild my entire aorta.....My heart stopped twice during the 8 hours of surgery they told me......Back into intensive care for another two weeks. Ended up being in hospital 2 months....came home two stone lighter and mentally shafted.......have now developed an incisional hernia that makes me look 8 months pregnant and my feet are crippled with peripheral neuropathy and Rheumatoid Arthritis brought about by 6 months use of a hideous drug called metronidazole.
When I was young my old nan used to say to me "Your health is your wealth Tony".....I didn't know what the fuck she meant....I do now.
Great to see you back here Guy.
Please stay.
Wow tony sounds like you've been through the mill and back through again. Its a good job we have the NHS or i doubt we would be here, but ive noticed lately it seems to be going tits up, too much pressure not enough funding etc.
I am at Leeds tomorrow morning(specialist) and have an MRI booked Saturday (head, full spine and abdominal at 445 in the portable scanner in the staff car park This as stemmed from because recently ive noticed my tongue becoming enlarged .... catching it when eating and noticing my teeth leaving imprints around the edge, saw the GP who thought it was probably oral thrush due to all the Antibiotics ive had on and off the past 18 months. Thoracic Consultant now wants a few tests in respect to possible Amyloidosis or something to do with Myeloma ...well if this materialises i think i will be up shit creek proper. Putting a brave face on it but i'm proper cacking meself.
I'll try and keep popping in as i can still manage a few laughs by both Bert and yourself's musings and banter

I'll say a prayer or two for you.
Well had the scans done yesterday but wont know much till i get an appointment. Also saw Cardiologist who is also booking in some tests CT of heart as well as Angiogram pending all the results are OK i'm to have a metal Aortic valve fitted (says it will last a lifetime ) and be on warfarin for life (not pleased about this but have no option at this point) all by the end of the year. There was no real response when i asked why the valve had gone so small in such a short time. Anyway with a family you have to keep batting away until you're out of the game.

Talking of pizza I had the best pizza ever a few months ago at a restaurant in London called homeslice it was fucking amazing and the best part was no cutlery available as it should be with pizza! (I once saw my bfs dad eat a doughnut with a knife and fork I had to leave the room) we then went on to see Christian slater in Glengarry Glen Ross so that as ice cube would say was a good day
I love chocolate pretzels. Where do you stand on those Bert? Iv never heard of sniders

Crispy fried onions have disappeared from the shelves
Will have to make my own. Apparently, shallots are the start. I accept the challenge

Toblerone with coconut, Tone. It's effectively a threesome. With knobbly bits
