Went to open up for the bowling winter league this morning eric, but had to come back home befor my game started. Went to bed and not long since got up.

We get it in Aldi for £4.99

It's one of those forum things that I think we're all on. I got a few jars at £4 (12+) at Costco on one of the monthly discount tickets. Fantastic as it's the set stuff as well.

I get an instant 'hit' from it....blood sugar levels obviously soar!
We use it for infections, cuts and boils etc. too.

Rebounded a bit, Tone. Just had a bit of toast but haven't really eaten all day. Really strange, came out of nowhere and two hours' sleep seems to have seen it off for now.

Eat a couple of cloves of garlic.

Couldn't do it, Tone, all food is on sufferance at the minute
